I bought the unlocks for the game now they are all locked again I love this game but now idk what happend but I lost all my unlocks

Well until this update came, it starts to crash. Why does it crash?! I just clicked on it then boom back to the home screen! It was all good until this came. please fix this!!!!!!!!!!!!!
